The site, colonzone.com rates Dr. Natura’s Colonix Program a 9.8 out of 10, calling it “one of the most highly regarded and raved (about) colon cleanser (on) the Internet.” This fiber-based colon cleanser is made of psyllium husk, which is considered to gently cleanse your intestinal tract. It also includes senna and other herbs, and is heralded as the highest-quality cleanser available.

Many online reviews claim the program offers fast results – typically within the first few days – and helps eliminate parasites while detoxifying. Other reviewers say the program helps with weight loss, with some saying they’ve lost between 10 and 15 pounds in a month. Dr. Natura’s Colonix Program costs $88 for a three-month supply.
Oxypowder, an oxygen-based colon cleanse program, was rated 8.5 out of 10. The reviewer said that it was effective in reducing constipation, but that the need to continually rely on the program was irritating. In addition, OxyPowder may have an adverse effect on those who should not lose weight, and it is not considered a complete body-cleansing system. You can address those needs by buying a compatible complete-cleansing kit with parasite cleanser and probiotics.

However, the program’s use of oxygen rather than fiber as a cleansing agent was considered beneficial, as it helps to strengthen and tone the colon to make it hospitable to good bacteria. Additionally, ease of use was considered a benefit as there is no powder to be mixed – you just swallow flavorless capsules. OxyPowder costs $42 for 120 vegetarian capsules.
Dual Action Cleanse was rated a 7 out of 10. It is a dual-part system containing Colon Clear and Total Body Purifier, and like Colonix is fiber-based. It is considered a good short-term solution for constipation and helpful for those with minor constipation. However, it is not considered effective as part of a colon-cleansing regimen, and requires probiotic supplements such as Toxinout.
